We work with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery. For customers in remote areas, please allow additional time for delivery.

We guarantee the functionality of our products and offer exchanges for manufacturing defects at no cost. Claims are handled directly with the manufacturer. Products are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding misuse. Returns for personal preference must be made within 15 days of delivery, with products in original, unused condition and packaging. Certain items, like personal hygiene products and lingerie, cannot be returned if used or altered. Return shipping for preference-based returns is at the customer's expense. For defective or damaged products covered under warranty, Redroom Sp. Z o.o.  covers shipping costs within 15 days of delivery; after this period, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
