Certain items, like personal hygiene products and lingerie, cannot be returned if used or altered. Return shipping for preference-based returns is at the customer's expense. For defective or damaged products covered under warranty, Redroom Sp. Z o.o. covers shipping costs within 15 days of delivery; after this period, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
